ubd11 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, form the entire agreement between you and ubd11 relating to your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The ubd11 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you expressly warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ubd11 treats the 21+ threshold as an absolute condition of access — not a guideline.

2.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register accounts on u bd11 for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games.

2.3 You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ubd11 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bet.

2.4 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of ubd11 and its affiliated companies, technology partners, and game providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money betting or gaming on the platform.

2.5 ubd11 may request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by ubd11 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access real-money betting and gaming services on ubd11, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ubd11. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment accounts — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, ubd11 will close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and may forfeit balances held across those accounts pending a full investigation.

3.3 Registration requires you to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile number registered in your name, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, your date of birth, and a payment method registered in your name. ubd11 uses this information for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

3.4 ubd11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason and to close any account that was opened in breach of these Terms or where the account holder's eligibility cannot be confirmed to ubd11's reasonable satisfaction.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ubd11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 ubd11 strongly recommends that you choose a unique, strong password for your account and that you do not reuse a password used on any other website or service. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify ubd11 support without delay.

4.3 All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials will be treated as having been made by you. ubd11 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials, unless ubd11 is at fault due to a security failure on its own systems.

4.4 ubd11 will never ask you to disclose your full password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from ubd11 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ubd11 support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All financial transactions on ubd11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts or cards used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ubd11 BDT balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. ubd11 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed by ubd11 within 15 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. ubd11 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where: (a) the withdrawal is the first withdrawal from the account; (b) the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the account's betting history; or (c) ubd11's risk systems have flagged the account for review.

5.5 ubd11 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, over which ubd11 has no control.

5.6 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name. ubd11 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts, shared accounts, or business accounts.

5.7 Accounts must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal request can be processed. Submitting false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity to pass KYC is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on ubd11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

6.2 ubd11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where: (a) an error in the odds or market description has occurred; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market has concluded; (c) the bet was placed in breach of any applicable betting rule; or (d) the result of the event is subject to a formal investigation by the relevant sporting body.

6.3 All casino games offered on ubd11 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology from accredited game studios. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

6.4 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. ubd11 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ubd11 may offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms communicated at the point of the offer, including minimum wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum withdrawal amounts, and offer expiry dates.

7.2 Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.

7.3 ubd11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the player's vested rights with respect to bonus funds already credited to their account.

7.4 Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or other prohibited conduct will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account closure.

7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ubd11 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users through the standard interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions in the platform or any third-party game to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting across ubd11 and other platforms with the sole intention of generating guaranteed profit regardless of outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity in violation of applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your relationship with ubd11.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ubd11 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8.2 ubd11 employs automated risk management and fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account and betting activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ubd11 may immediately suspend the affected account, void associated bets, withhold pending withdrawals, and initiate a full investigation before determining the appropriate outcome.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content published on the ubd11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of ubd11 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ubd11 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the ubd11 platform without the express prior written consent of ubd11.

9.3 The ubd11 name, logo, and associated brand marks are the trademarks of ubd11. You may not use these marks in any context without the prior written permission of ubd11.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubd11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: bet outcomes, game results, technical interruptions, unauthorised account access, delayed payments, or reliance on platform content.

10.2 ubd11's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ubd11 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 ubd11 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ubd11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on information obtained through the platform.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ubd11's liability for death or personal injury caused by ubd11's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 ubd11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 ubd11 uses your personal data to operate your account, process financial transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have consented, to send you promotional communications about ubd11 offers and updates.

13. Suspension & Account Closure

13.1 ubd11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player is in breach of these Terms; (b) ubd11 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law; (c) the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; or (d) ubd11 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful activity associated with the account.

13.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting the ubd11 support team. Upon closing your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification checks.

13.3 Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, ubd11 reserves the right to void any pending bets and to withhold, forfeit, or offset balances as necessary to cover any losses, costs, or damages incurred by ubd11 as a result of the breach.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ubd11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the ubd11 platform.

14.2 If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.3 The version of the Terms currently published on this page represents the version in force. Previous versions of the Terms are archived and available upon request by contacting the ubd11 support team.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ubd11 operates as an online platform targeting the Bangladesh market, and these Terms are written to reflect that context, though ubd11 makes no representation that the content of this platform is appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

15.2 Any dispute between you and ubd11 that cannot be resolved through ubd11's internal complaints procedure should be referred to binding arbitration. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal dispute proceedings.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
